Still no joy

Well after lengthy discussion Patrick has admitted that he finally messed up on my accounts. But there no way in fixing it unless he double debits me for his mistake. It amazes me he messed up yet I need-to pay and be inconvenienced after I thought I was up to date and had cancelled my contracts. Now Patrick wont respond to emails after I ask him why does he pay in for his mistakes. Cell c know how to chase there customers away. It also amazes me no management will call me after asking. So Patrick what is the outcome...!!!!!!!!!!
