Still No HElp

I have on several occasions logged queries to both credit bureaus and Cell C regarding my listing. I checked my credit profile in December and the listing was still on Experian/Compuscan, I sent a query to the following emails addresses ***; ***; *** As well as to Experian but there has been no reply, I sent another mail on Monday and still not feedback.

Apologies for the unpleasant service experienced.

Your ITC status update was sent to bureau on the 27/08/2021. Their process normally takes 30 days to have your names removed. On our side, everything has been cleared.
