Still no handset, rude Sales Staff & bad service

Good Day.<br> <br> I have logged a complaints on the 22nd & 23rd of October & still nothing has come of this, & no call back has been received. I have laid complaints to customer care as well as senior management & even they have to date not even called me back.It has now been a month that i still have not received a handset! i called daily with regards to this been **** to daily therefore my follow ups where daily. Vusi Masia **** straight to me last week telling me my handset has been QC approved & sitting with RAM couriers, when i called his team leader she said no such thing has been done she made no arrangement. when i called Vusi he told me that he did not lie but when i said that calls are recorded he can go back & check he was silent. Last week Friday he got so rude with me & he actually put the phone down in my ear. The staff on his team has been telling me that his not in when he is & even Mpho the team leader said to me they are lying he is in. No1 returns my calls, Vusi completely ignores me nothing has come out of this it has all become my problem i have to run around raising up my phn bill.<br> <br> This is really bad customer service. and now it will take 2days again<br> <br> ***
