Still no fibre - still no one getting back to me - Cell C and FrogFoot!!!! bad bad bad service

it’s been a week - and still no fibre. Again on Friday the 26th of February I received an email from Zamavuso Shabalala at Cell C, apologising for the inconvenience caused saying Frogfoot was asked to investigate and that she will keep me posted. Saturday still no call from either Cell C or Frog Foot. I called Zamavuso, three times, left two voice messaged asking her to please call me back - up to now she never called me back. I then called the Cell C call centre, again, they agent said on their portal our fibre is ON, she then tried to call Frogfoot, after several minutes, she came back to me and said Frogfoot is not open on Saturdays - their working hours are Monday to Friday 08h00 to 17hoo. We sat without Fibre the entire weekend. On Friday my debit order went through from Cell C and I am just very shocked at how there never seem to be any problem with them taking my money, but for February we sat without fibre almost two weeks, if I don't call to follow-up neither Cell C nor Frogfoot will get back to me. From the start the service from both these companies haven't been good at all. And it doesn’t seem to bother either one of these companies. Really sad and disappointing!!!
