still no feedback or phone

Two months of back and forth, payments made and still no phone. I was advised that it will take 5 to 7 days and now i have waited for two months.

I call c-surance and their agents put me on hold for 28 minutes only to come and tell me a different stories previous agent advised that the phone will be couriered to my work address and another agent tells me i have too fetch it at a ****** cell c store.

I have ran out of patience, as this is nothing but pathetic service meanwhile my account has been debit and all this foolishness is happening . I left MNT for cell c only to receive nothing but pathetic poor service
