Still no feedback on complaint

Please get someone trained to handle complaints to contact me. I have logged a complaint last week to assist with a double charge and all I was told is what I know already. I did not buy 2 x 3gig data bundles 2min apart on *147#. please get someone with knowledge of investigating before calling a client and giving feedback rather than not knowing anything. I want to pay my account and need the correct amount!! SA has gone to **** with bad service from all suppliers!!
