still no feedback - no refund
Incident report 150928 - 000400 Cell C promise to respond within 24-48 hours. But ..... nothing <br> Please note that I requested a refund for the unauthorised increase on monthly charges. Cell C is complertely silent. No response no feedback. Not even on my email 8 weeks ago. I did send you the contract I have with Cell C, that indicates that Cell C is breaching their own contract, and since than you keep completely silent. Not impressed.
