Still no feedback and no stock

I posted a review on friday afternoon and was told i would receive a phone call. No one called me and there is dtill no stock of the p20 lite even though the special is still advertised. How can cell c have a special running on a phone that there is no stock countrywide. I am going to be cancelling my contract and going elsewhere.
