STILL NO FEEDBACK

So Cell C. When do you think is the right time to call me back? I'm still waiting since January for someone to tell me why i was debited R320 for a bounced payment and that was for 3 months? And not R70 like others?? I have been sending numerous emails, case number *** (10 March 2015) then again case number *** (11 March 2015) and again on 23 April 2015 case number ***. <br> <br> I made a complaint on hello peter and a lady (don't no her name) phoned me and said she was going to call me back after she got a report from the accounts department and I'M STILL WAITING. <br> <br> My patients is up now and i want to no WHY that amount (R320 for 3months) was debited from my account.
