Still no feedback
Waiting 6 days for my choice of upgrade after being with this network for almost a decade and paying them just under R3000 monthly...all I have are 3 reference numbers, one phone call from their social network department, a lady promising to call me back on 03 November...I'm still waiting..maybe she meant 03 November 2018..hell I've never experienced such pathetic service and people who blatantly lie to their customers.
