<p>So when I am not phoning cell c and begging them for help they ignore my complaint? is that how it works? as you will see I did not pay my account this month and I am not going to pay until cell c sorts out my issue. Stop with the excuses and give me a solution. Cell C is in breach of contract.</p> <p> </p>
