still no feedback

<p>I wrote to this block complaining about 3 x basic issue i have with my account ,then this guy from cell C by the name of Skhumbuzo Ndlovu called to request for letter from the bank, reflecting that on the 25 of February i did not ask the bank to reverse the debit order, bank told me that they do not issue such letters, the only proof will be the statement that will indicate that there was no attempted deductions from the account, He still does not understand that, if i have to go an extra mile to sort out this matter ,i will definitely will, im sick of their pathetic service and they do not communicate with me to let me at least know that they failed to deduct on 25 instead they are taking their own decision to do whatever they want in my account. There is even no sign of respect as our agreement is not met, Skhumbuzo does not even have manners ,i don’t even want to be contact by him at least someone who has knowledge of customer service </p> <p> </p>
