Still no feed back

Am still waiting for an answer from cell c, no one has responded to my complain, about their router. Yet their collections department doesn't miss a day without calling me, just this week only, a lesego , brendon, kgomotso, earlier this morning a theodarah called as well. Funny all I received was a message asking for an affidavit and a copy of my ID, for 7months they have been trying to break into my account, to take money for a they service they didn't provide. They didn't need an affidavit for that. That message was followed by another one asking me to rate them. Messed up organization, still waiting
