Still no data or debit order

After re-instating my contract i was PROMISED by Skhumbuzo that it would be exactly like it was before. Now i do not have MY Blackberry INTERNET service activated and he asked on the phone if they can put a debit order trough on my bank and i agreed for the last day of the month. Yesterday NOTING went trough. So this morning my wife's phone received the 2 gig BIS and her free minutes and sms. . I received NOTHING. I use my phone to communicate with my Clients via SMS and Facebook. None of these are currently operating on my phone. How long are we going to do this for now?? He says everything is the same, and my whole line is messed up and i am loosing my after hours business for not getting back to my customers immediately. .
