Still no contact despite being told my issue was being 'escalated'!!
I wish there was a zero rating! It's been a week! I'm still waiting for contact from ... well, someone, anyone! My issue has just been ignored, rather than escalated as I was told it was going to be. It's all just gone away and nothing has been said or done, despite my complaint here, on Twitter and directly by email to the agent involved. No action taken at all. It seems nobody at Cell C takes client dissatisfaction seriously - not even managers. Are there any managers? Is there a management division? Is anyone in charge? I see now why staff couldn't care less. How are you even still in business?

And the fact that you 'don't have stock' ... does this just make everything ok on your side now, and you feel you have just dealt with the issue and that's that?
