Still no clear answer and still no real assistance
Please explain to me how this calculation is done. I want to understand the following as I am referring this to my legal advisors – for further advice.
I requested a detailed calculation however the attached does not stipulate what is being billed and is not reflective from the date of contract renewal.
I demand to know the following:
1 - When did this contract renew date 2 - What exactly is being billed 3 - Why the difference in bill run figures in December 2018 4 - From when to when is calculation’s done as it is not reflective from contract renewal 5 - From when to when are we being penalised and what for ? 6 - How is the value of a contract calculated
