No feedback received.....I DON'T OWE ANYTHING. THE CONSULTANTS CONFIRMED TELEPHONICALLY. STILL NO FEED BACK FROM LEGAL DEPARTMENT, THIS IS NONSENSE.

Horrible, bad service I have been calling cell c for the past two weeks now, I had two contracts and they contracts ended last year in June. I checked my credit record and it shows I owe cell c R387 and R49, I have been trying to get hold of you however to no success. A consultant from the contracts department transferred me to the legal department were I held the line throughout my whole lunch hour(60minutes). I need assistance ASAP as this is affecting my credit score. The service I'm getting from cell c is horrible, I regret taking contracts with you in the 1st place.

Your service is DISGUSTING. No one can provide me with answers, no one is providing me with correct email addresses and contact numbers. I am being told the accounts department is on strike, YOU ARE MESSING UP MY CREDIT SCORES. CELL C IS THE WORST CELLULAR NETWORK EVER. Why am I not being assisted??? This is a nightmare.
