Still No Assistance!

Since the 08/10/2016 my sim card has been saying not registered to network. I phoned the customer service department and was asked to remove the sim card and put in a different device which I did, I rebooted my phone but still nothing, I have not used the data that I was topped up with as I cannot use an sim card that is not registered!!! I do have a contract with Cellc and I feel they are liable for any faults right now as I am still paying for it, I was told that "it is my responsibility to buy a new sim card". I furthermore did also call in an advise that my phone battery is swollen and the phone is not even a year yet! Getting assistance from Cell c is like getting water from a rock only God can do that. If my account is not fixed by the 27th of October 2016 an you debit my bank account for something I did not use then you can go ahead and cancel my contract right away!!

Please listen to the last call made to me and listen to what I had to deal with and then he drops the call when I asked for the terms and conditions that he refered to.

I am really beyond ****ed right now and would like that this contract to be cancelled today, **** the settlement fee I cannot deal with this level of incompetence.
