STILL NO ACTION

I posted last week about bad signal and internet, and said that I wanted this contract cancelled. Since then I had 2 calls, of which the last was Wednesday 11 November, when Lungesi called. All of a sudden NOW I'm a exclusive client?! I explained to her that I don't want Cell C to try and FIX this, as they won't be able to, I want this contract CANCELLED. \They"were supposed to get back to me the very next day"
