Still mignored by Cell C

Chapter 7 So it seems as if Cell C has decided that simply ignoring me is the best way to deal with the problem. After an automated response, nothing further except for another call agent phoning to tell me I am due for an upgrade. Clearly it is going so bad that they cannot even update their own systems to reflect that I am no longer a client. As I understand how poor the organisation is as well as bankrupt, I will assist by again posting the last review - lets see if I can get a response this time

"So after the last complaint, Cell C decided to revert to their first decision and pay me for 1 year overcharged. Of course, as always, my request for information was ignored. Again Cell C seems to think that when they decide a matter is closed, that will be the end of it. See below email correspondence copied and decide for yourself whether you should be dealing with this company

Dear Mr Munyai Thank you for your delayed response. Please may I request the following:

1.In our very first conversation you told me that it is your company policy not to pay more than 2 years of subscription fees in instances like this. Please may I have a copy of your policy where this is stated. Please can you also inform me why my claim is limited to 1 year 2.Your call centre agent informed me that I would get no refund as "management" decided I was not entitled to any. I have asked for this to be put in writing, but to date have not yet received this ruling. Please may I again request a copy and/or an explanation as to why different decisions was conveyed to me. 3.In saying that you can find no proof of my cancelation (despite the fact that you can clearly see from my account that there has been activity whatsoever for several years), you seem to be saying that Cell C has no moral obligation in this case. Please can you confirm that this interpretation is correct. 4.May I please request any correspondence from your organisation since the inception of this contract to inform me that the contract is expired, that I can upgrade, etc. Of concern is that, when I made you aware of the situation, the very first call I got from Cell C was to inform me that I am due for an upgrade. Yet for more than a decade, no one bothered to contact me I thank you in advance for your assistance

Dear Mr Sass

I am emailing you regarding a Hello Peter complaint that has been brought to my attention.

I would like to apologize to you for the delay caused by this matter.

A refund was prepared for you on the 10th of February, of which it was submitted to Finance for approval. As can be seen from the below email, sent on the 28th of November2019, a decision was made to only refund you for the last 12 months in which you were debited. The decision was made on the basis that after conducting investigations, we were unable to find any request for cancellation for the number **********.

A refund of R3026.34 has been approved by Finance, which should reflect in your bank account within the next 3 days.

This is also information that should have been relayed to you on the 10th, as that is when the refund was approved.

Once again, I would like to apologize to you for the delay and inconvenience caused.

Regards
