Still *********** and useless after a year

So after a year this useless and *********** company can still not process my data contract. I have logged so many complaints and spoken to so many *********** people. I still have to pay my contract for my data myself each month. If you are thinking of joining this mobile phone company; don't you will regret it, this company is ***********. By the way CellC where is my data I paid; myself from my banking app it went through the bank, you only gave me airtime this month? To be honest; when I think of this companies year long inability to not be able to process the debit order and all the battles I have have had and hollow promises made to me, I want to vomit. Be warned the person that answers this complaint is going to "get it".
