Still *******ly debiting my account

This is a second complaint based on my first, to which nothing has been done.<br> <br> I signed on as a Third Party for the monthly installment of a contract taken out on 07/12/12 by a former friend for me which I have been paying with no arrears since.The contract was not renewed and ended on 07/12/14 with the final installment end Dec'14.<br> Cell C has been deducting R256.00 from my account since Nov'14, an amount which has nothing to do with the cellphone number I was paying. <br> I cannot get hold of the account holder and they phone me to speak to him, whom I haven't seen or spoken to in weeks and cannot get hold of.<br> <br> I stopped this foreign debit order at my bank and had a reversal done.<br> This morning, they deducted the money again with a new reference!<br> <br> This is ridiculous. Does Cell C actually want legal action taken against them???<br> <br> You cannot hold me liable for the Account Holders other contract that they are not paying! You cannot automatically switch his other contracts debit order account, to mine! I only signed on as a Third Party debit account for my own cell number taken by my former friend, not for his other contracts!<br> <br> Outrageous!
