Still Havnt received my refund

Since aug last year that all my contract have been cancelled i still have been debied, after many calls to cell c this was only sorted out last month. but beacause i had to stop all debit orders and reverse the money in my account i am requesting all bank charges to be reunded. Please can some let me know if i must wait another year for this to happen ?
