Still haven't received my prize 4months after win

Cell C did contact me with regards to my prize, and an investigation was made. But i have not received any word from them in weeks, no responses to my emails. And I have sufficient evidence to prove I am in the right and it was in fact their mistake.<br> Cellc EPIC prize won was a R3500 AIRTIME PRIZE, as shown on the EPIC website under winners, I did infact enter the competition.<br> I believe this is false advertising, and legal action may be taken on these grounds.<br> <br> Name - Kyle Edwin Reddy<br> Cell - ***<br> The complaint was lodged with no sufficient assistance
