Still have not recieved feedback

I have logged a complaint on the 06/09/2017 regarding my data usage, a guy by the name of Mpho contacted me and provided me with a statement showing me the usage for 6 days however I have emailed him disputing the usages done as most of my data was taken just for connecting to the WIFI. It kept on requesting me to sign in and charged me 3MB for every single time I tried to connect. I have not received any feedback with regards to my dispute. This is now over a month with no response. I have sent a follow up email ********** on the 12/09/2017 and up to now I have not received even a call to advise what is happening. This is PATHETIC!!!!!!
