still getting billed for contract cancelled in '10

so my contract was cancelled in 2010...until finding out that i was still been charged monthly till last year october. I sent a query to cell c to have this resolved and have the amounts reversed and to find out how all my details were changed without my consent...to this day still no luck!<br> <br> upon further inspection, it turns out that all my details regarding my contract were changed besides the billing details...how convenient!!<br> <br> they have made no effort to sort out this problem or have the ability to follow up on the query from last year and as a result people should know about their service, or lack of...it seems like another service provider will benefit from a new customer. sad...considering that i was a cell c customer for more than 10 years...<br> <br>
