Still?? feedback???

This complaint is regarding a previous complaint that has still not been resolved. An agent from Cell C did indeed contact me and I was told I would be contacted by above mentioned person from C-surance and if I wasn't contacted, I should phone him. I don't understand why I should be phoning around after people/agents, wasting my own time and airtime, to try and sort out this ridiculous mess that was caused by them in the first place, more than TWO MONTHS ago!? I am appalled by the level of service from C-surance. I've comp**** with everyone of their ridiculous requests and this is their customer service level?? Shocking to say the least. Perhaps that is the only reason these companies make money and become so large, they \*****"it from \""the little guy\"" consumer"
