STill fed up with Cell C

in my previous complaint, I have logged 3 problems. one of the three has been attended to. the other two not at all. apparently they could not get hold of me, well that is quite a surprise as my phone was on the whole time. maybe time to question your network. I got an email, but it did not explain a way forward or resolve my queries in any way. how many times must one complain to get simple queries attended to cell c?
