Still faiiling to allocate my payments

Abusing customers right is not acceptable. Cell c your agents and your 2 branches said they have submitted proof of payment including my statement, the facts tha t you are failing to allocate payments is really not my problem, make me understand why my router is blocked? ***

The worst part is,you have the proof of payments in your system instead of fixing that you busy debiting the same amount that is in the proofs that i have been sending.

Bad customer service ever Cell c i wouldnt recommend anyone to you guys like to allocate the payment, should take @ list 2 days or 3 not the whole 2 months you busy locating the payment, Nonsense....

I phoned Cell c Head office in Sandton, i spoke with a guy who seemed not to be interested to whatever that i was saying and he ended up dropping the phone, CellC
