still empty promises

<p>After posting here on Hellopeter i recieved a phone call from head office i was assured that my complaint would be taken seriously and i would be called soon. i did recieve a call and assurance that it would be resolved speedily. Some days after Nicolene called me back , which really surprised me as she was impossible to find ever prior to this call. She in formed me that all was resolved and within 7 days my funds would be in my account........... sadly that date passed month end and as of yet no funds in my account so either she **** or i can offer no explination as to why this is so. if this is treatment for elite customers i pity the "normal" ones . i wonder if they are recalculating the interest ive paid on my account since october last year? Please Cell C managment sort this absurdity out .</p>
