Still deducting after cancellation

I woke up very upset this morning after seeing another deduction on my bank account for a cancelled CELL C contract. When calling they tell me that my contract is valid till 2019 - this after i had a long battle to get this contract cancelled. I asked to cancel within the 14 days grace period, then all kinds of excuses, then finally i get the contract cancelled and returned the router to the shop as directed. Now you guys deduct my account for the second time from the cancellation and deny that this contract is cancelled. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE> I need that money back today before 12pm as that is the money i was supposed to use to take my child to the doctor. I NEED ANSWERS and I NEED MY MONEY.
