STILL DEBITING ME ON A CANCELLED CONTRACT!!!
<p>I called the Contracts/Cancellation department on 26 January and advised them I want to cancel my internet contract as I no longer need it. I spoke to Talitha who told me it would be cancelled by 26 February. I was ok with that. Now at the end of February I see they try to debit me, I reversed that debit order as I cancelled the contract and they kept trying to debit me eventually today, on pay day I see that debit order went through!!!! I want my money back TODAY!!! Such pathetic service! Why are you still debiting me on a cancelled contract??? I did not use the internet this entire month as I was under the impression this contract was cancelled! I DEMAND MY MONEY REFUNDED TO ME TODAY!!! I have bills to pay and did not make provision for a CONTRACT THAT I CANCELLED IN JANUARY!</p>

As per the terms and conditions, there is a 30 days notice period when cancelling your contract. You sent your cancellation request on the 26th of January therefore your contract was cancelled on the 26th of February. The amount that was debited was your last debit order which was due in February.

What nonsense!!! The debit order for February went off at the end of January. How can you debit me again at the end of February? This is really pathetic and I want my money refunded.
Are the payments made in arrears or at the beginning of the month for that specific month????

As Betty explained, your account was in arrears and the benefits were loaded in February which had to be paid at the end of February.

I reversed this transaction now I see you have tried to debit me AGAIN and I am incurring fees because of your uselessness!!!!!
