STILL DEBITING BANK ACCOUNT AFTER CONTRACT CANCELLATION

<p>In Dec 2016, Cell C contacted me to ask me if I wanted to upgrade my contract. I said no. I asked that my contract be cancelled when it expires in Feb 2017, because I live in another country now. Cell C told me to contact them in FEB 2017, to cancel the contract. I emailed Cell C in Feb to have my contract cancelled when the last payment on my contract was made. They went on to debit my account again on 28 Feb, for month of March. I was very upset by this as I followed the cancellation procedure as discussed in December. Cell C conned me into paying an extra month when I specifically asked for the last payment to be in Feb, by giving me the wrong procedures. They then confirmed that my contract has now been cancelled. Yesterday, I received my Statement of Account with a note stating the next payment is due on 31 MARCH!!!! WHY THE **** HAS MY CONTRACT NOT YET BEEN CANCELLED??????? WHY AM I BEING CHARGED AGAIN AFTER MY CANCELLATION REQUEST? I have already emailed them in this regard but, have not received ANY feedback.</p>
