still can't get it right

so it's clear now Cell C is full of promises but no delivery, get the idea that the people working for Cell C is either uneducated, not trained or just don't give a flying hoop about the customer service. <br> <br> for 4 months are we struggling to get this account sorted but get so many promises and no delivery, and every person I speak to can't do anything about it. so who can fix my problem as it seems not even Moses Mo****ng could get it right. people that I spoke to was Malebu - first lady I spoke to and still waiting for feedback, Fortunate - 29.01.2016 still waiting on feedback of her investigation, Shelvine - so called supervisor - still waiting on a call from him since January. Finally Moses - who seemed willing to help but needless to say a month later we are still with the same problem. Cell C I suggest you take the loss and cancel this contract as I will not pay you another cent.....
