Still being debited for cancelled contracts and struggling to cancel insurance

After struggling to canceled 2 contracts a few months back, I noticed that I am still paying for them (it’s the only logical argument for the amounts I am being charged). Furthermore, I leaned that there is some extra cover which I’m paying for that was never agreed to by me. To top it off I am trying to cancel the instance for my phone, but once again the number I call is never answered. I’ve really had it with all these issue from Cell C and at this stage I feel like cancelling all of my contracts.
