STILL BEING DEBITED!

On 18 Sept I filed a report with Cell C for incorrectly debiting me. They told me the reason is because i have to pay an amount, which if I do the debits will stop. I did this, but it is now a month later and I have been debited incorrectly twice! Today I got debited incorrectly again! I have wasted time and money having to go to the bank to reverse this! Is cell C going to refund me for all the bank charges for their mistakes. Its getting ridiculous now. I have paid my pre-cancellation amount in July already and I am still experiencing problems with Cell C!
