STILL BAD SERVICE AND NO HELP

So 6th of April upgrade...................still no device see plenty of people that got theirs and plenty that is still waiting.....Why do you advertise a device you cannot secure in orders ???????? I think your customer service really needs to be revised . We the customer make your business work, if not then really when are you going to tell your customers the truth. I think it is time to go to the consumer with bad advertising and miss information.
