STILL AWAITING UPGRADE PHONE AFTER 5 WEEKS
I posted on 9th June regarding upgrade not received in over a month. I ph cell c today and was told they are still awaiting stock and have no idea when they will get stock. I am getting sms' from cell c stating that my contract will expire without an upgrade?? Please let us sort this out with an alternate phone. I cant wait for 5 weeks and be told "no idea when stock will arrive".

18 Jun 2020, 08:43You perhaps misunderstood me. I have received a ticket number on the 9th June, 2020 and no response since then which is longer than the 24-48 hour turnaround time. You cannot be strained for over a month. Time to hand over to a team leader!!
