Still awaiting handset delivery...

Monday I did an upgrade telephonically. As I've had some issues doing it in the store. I was promised that I'll get my handset delivered to me by no later than Friday. I waited at home ALL day even stayed awake, since I work night shift. I initially inquired with the consultant, if she can't have it delivered to the Cell C Parow store instead, And I could just collect it. She said no, I need to sign for it personally.
