Still awaiting feedback re Getmore cancellation

<p>I wrote a review a few months ago, advising that I did not give authorisatoin to add the getmore service to my contract and asked that my installments be refunded to me. Someone called me back and advised that my installments will be refunded to me and that the request was processed. I have not heard back from cellc with an update and still have not received my refunds. Further to this, I was today advised that this service is still part of my contract. I have requested on numerous occasions that this be cancelled. Please urgently cancel and refund my payments, I did not authorise this!! If I refuse to pay for this as part of my contract then my service gets suspended because the complete amount outstanding does not get received on your side. I need urgent feedback please</p>
