Still awaiting feedback for a lady's bad attitude

My name is Roland Fisher on the 17/09/15 I logged a complaint with hellopeter about the above mentioned store. On Friday morning someone from Cell C phoned me and said he is looking into the matter and told me he is not from Cell C he is from hellopeter but he was using a the Cell C customer service line. He promised me he will phone me back, it is now a week later and I am still waiting for his call. I am also waiting for a gentle by the name of Werner from the customer feedback desk to phone me back as well. I think I must take my business somewhere else as the guys from Cell C has no customer service, we are good enough to support them but the sales and after sales service is very poor.
