Still awaiting feedback!!!

Hi, my phone was collected from me when i was at work last week on the 30th. Since then i have received no response and no feedback. Its so pointless sending Nelly emails because i have never ever received a reply to any of my emails. I do not have any contact details for her. I am literally in the dark here not knowing what is happening. I am using a borrowed phone until this matter is resolved. Nelly promised me constant communication but once again i havent heard a peep from her in almost 2 weeks. Could someone please be courteous and let me know what is happening???
