Still awaiting feedback!!!

Well after my previous complaint on hello Peter, I received 2 replies saying that someone will get in touch with me. I had one consultant call while I was in a meeting. I asked her to please call back in 15min. She promised she will & that was 5 days ago. I'm still awaiting her call. CellC's service is pathetic, their network is pathetic. Just please please please put me out my misery with your Company and simply just cancel this useless contract!!!<br> I literally have had enough of CellC.<br> Been promised that someone will only to wait over a week & still no call just shows how CellC values their customers. <br> Now I have 2 reference numbers, *** & ***<br> What do I do with 2 reference numbers when they can't even call me???
