STILL AWAITING FEEDBACK

I Have bought a tablet from Cell C through Mobicell, however what I have been given is a Cell C Contract and not just a Tablet.<br> <br> when I talked to the Sales agent who was Selling the Tablet didn't say anything about a Cell Phone Contract, I only realized when I was billed. I was not Provided with a contract after the sale was concluded.<br> <br> I have logged a request with Cell C to Provide Me with a Call recording to ascertain myself if I did agree to a Cell C Contract and that was on the 20/10/2015 and was promised feedback after two business days of which it did not happen. on the 27/10/2015 I inquired on the status. and I was told the sales department is still being dealt with, till today I still haven't received any feedback.<br> <br> kindly assist with this matter<br> <br> Cell C Phone Number: *** ***<br> <br> <br> regards<br> Kuwate<br> <br>
