Still awaiting collection of devices

I've been waiting for collection of devices since 12th december 2018 till to date, and money was deducted from my account for phones that are still in their boxes.Called cell c on the 20th and i was told that if the devices are still not collected by the 24th december i should call again after the 26th for an emergency collection, i called again on the 28th i was told they will send out RAM for an emergency collection on that day...no collection was done . I called again the 31 december i was told by Lebo the agent that he will send out an email to RAM and the devices will be collect on the 2nd of January nothing still. I called again on the 3rd another agent told me same story that they will collect them on the same day.

Finaly yesterday the 9th i sent them an email customer care called back and i was put throu the collection department where i spoke to sharon who told me i called in to cancel one of the devices, how on earth when the two phones are are for one contract, i explained to her that i've been calling and i have been told one thing and nothing happens not even RAM sent a cornfirmation about the collection, sharon apologised about the whole situation and told me she will send an email for an emergency collection. Im really disapointed with the service as the phones are still not collected i even had to contact RAM my self no one is getting back to me
