Still awaiting Black Friday Phone

Its been 3 weeks now, and I am still awaiting for Cell C to deliver the iPhone advertised on Black Friday. First i was told to go to the store to get the phone as they don't have stock online, and that it is very busy online. Now every time i call the mall @ reds store and ask for availability, I get a still awaiting the stock reply. How long can it take, because i see that you are still offering the devices online on pay-as-you-go for outright purchase. This is really unacceptable. I mean if you don't have stock, then don't advertise

so much for last week in December answer i got from cell C. i AGAIN state "if you don't have stock, then don't advertise" and even worse. if you cant keep promises, then dont make them!!!!!
