Still a pathetic company

Wrote a review on 4th November, Cell C came back within 1 hour requesting what is my problem. It is now almost 2 weeks after sending my PRIVATE response, still no answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.. This is then the 6th time I have contacted them without an answer. There are a pathetic supplier and deserve to go bankrupt with their lack of service. 204 x level 1 reviews during these 2 weeks, so I am not the only person complaining
