Such a bad service received from cell c,I spoke to one of their agent to change bank detail however she told me my debit it already lodged to go off, I need to make eft of R 1450, only to find that they debit me while already made a payment and when i call for refund nobody is taking responsibility they always say they will escalate, now i dont hv money to pay my other debt.
