*****STERS cell c opened and account for me without my consent & still deducted money from my account even after I submitted an affidavit informimg them that i never opened an account with them. I will never recommend cell c to anyone they just the worst and their customer care is just useless

27 Jun 2023, 14:45What is it that is difficult for Cell management to call customers in cases like this? why do customers have to beg to speak to a seniors at Cell C or are the customers only important when we paying and not important when having queries? I just received a call from an agent from social media who's name is Busisiwe and she has an attitude.
What is the use of management mara at cell C ? because the problem that im in now was created by an agent. so why are reffering queries to agents that do care about our quieries and only their sales and adherence?
