My contract ended in October 2025. After a contract has ended and if a policy is not either upgraded or renewed the policy supposed to goes on a month to month and they only charge you for either the data or airtime that they send you. Cell C has been deducting the full contract amount even though my contract ended months ago! That is absolute *****! Only when I call the call center they then mentioned that they going to only be charging me for the data they will send me! I want my premiums back from October till today as this is absolute *****!
